Leading privately held manufacturer of sauces and condiments is looking for a Senior Director of R&D to join their organization. This leader will oversee all R&D functions (product, packaging, and processing) as well as an organizational transformation to an innovation strategy. The successful candidate will possess a BS (MS preferred) in Food Science or equivalent, 10+ years of people management (direct and indirect), proven success in transformational leadership, and concept to commercialization experience leading to product launches.
