Senior Director Process & Separation Engineering

Seeking a Sr. Director of Engineering with depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in protein separation (ultrafiltration, diafiltration, centrifugal, etc.) across food, food ingredients, or biotechnology. Lead small team in equipment scale-up and process design, characterization, implementation and optimization. Deep technical acumen and expertise in protein recovery, purification, and/or spray drying processes. Substantial experience with equipment design, implementation and validation of typical biotechnology unit operations, and success working at contract manufacturing sites or in plant operations. BS/MS/PhD in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in separation and downstream purification technology, process design and scale-up.
