Responsibilities include:  Leading and executing structural packaging projects from ideation through commercialization, Actively participating in ideation and consumer research sessions, Conducting external scouting and evaluation of new technologies for rigid and flexible primary and secondary packaging, and Contributing to the development of the R&D Packaging Innovation Roadmap.  Candidate must have B.S in Packaging, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related field (M.S preferred) along with 5 years of a proven Packaging Innovation track record with successful launches in market for Food & Beverage or CPG companies.  Must have broad experience on a diverse set of product and packaging formats including rigid plastics, flexibles, glass, metal and secondary packaging, Management of external resources (ie. suppliers, testing labs and prototyping firms), and Technical management of projects through commercialization.
