Sr. Product Development Scientist
Florida Leading culinary and food science-focused provider of flavors and ingredients for restaurants and manufacturers is looking for a Senior Product Development Scientist to join their organization. This technical leader will oversee R&D projects for CPG and Food Service accounts across Liquid, Cultured, and Aerosol food systems within a collaborative and agile culture delivering innovative, customer-specific solutions. Candidates must possess a BS (MS preferred) in Food Science (or equivalent), 10+ years of product development experience and proven success in product development from concept to commercialization leading to product launches. Candidates must have beverage, cultured dairy or liquid processing experience. On-site position with up to 25% travel.
