Renowned supplier of cutting-edge solutions in advanced marination, flavor and coatings systems is seeking a Technical Sales Director. This role will focus on driving growth with operators and meat processors by deeply understanding customer needs, showcasing ingredient capabilities, and working closely with customer and internal R&D teams. The Technical Sales Director will be responsible for seeking out and managing opportunities from identification to successful sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. This individual will be a self-starter, unafraid of ambiguity, and motivated by their ability to provide meaningful and noticeable impact to a growing company. This role combines technical knowledge of food science with strong commercial acumen to drive growth, build customer relationships, and provide innovative ingredient solutions to operators and food manufacturers. Must have a BS in Food Science or related field, 7+ years of experience in sales/business development in the food ingredients sector and a strong understanding of meat, poultry, and/or seafood ingredient functionality.
