Leading culinary and food science-focused provider of flavors and ingredients for restaurants and manufacturers is looking for a Director of R&D to join their organization. This leader will lead a team of product development scientists/engineers and oversee all R&D projects for CPG and Food Service accounts across Liquid, Cultured, and Aerosol food systems fostering a collaborative and agile development culture that delivers innovative, customer-specific solutions. The successful candidate will possess a BS (MS preferred) in Food Science, 10+ years of product development experience including people management, and proven success in product development concept to commercialization leading to product launches.
