Information Fees & Policies

ALL POSITIONS SECURED THROUGH HOLLANDER HORIZON INTERNATIONAL (HHI) ARE ON AN EMPLOYER PAID FEE BASIS ONLY

1. The fee for our service is earned if a candidate is hired directly or indirectly by the employer or any of its affiliates as a result of our efforts within one year of our referral. The fee is also earned in the event the employer refers the candidate to another employer who hires the candidate. The fee is calculated using the employer's first year's estimated gross earnings.

2. The placement fee is 30% (thirty percent) of the estimated total compensation for the first year of employment. A retainer of $10,000 will be billed at the start of all searches with the balance of the fee billed directly following the start date of the new employee. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.

3. Replacement of New Hire: After successful completion of the search, HHI will replace the new hire selected by Client if the new hire is terminated or resigns within twelve (12) months, provided HHI has an exclusive right to the assignment. HHI will be reimbursed by Client on an expense incurred basis during conduct of search activities for any replacement hire.

4. HHI searches for and presents candidates on a "most qualified" basis, irrespective of age, sex, race, religion, or national origin and operates in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes.

5. Because of our extensive search efforts, clients often are contacted by candidates directly. We expect that such candidates will be referred to us for interviewing and appraisal along with those whom we have developed from our systematic approach.

6. Expenses: HHI will bill Client for extraordinary expenses incurred during the search, i.e., travel, direct mail, outside research, etc.

7. Your acceptance of referrals or candidates from Hollander Horizon International constitutes your agreement with this fee schedule.
