Food Scientist – Beverage

Thriving family-owned company is in need of a talented R&D Food Scientist to join their organization. This individual will work on innovation projects from concept to commercialization to expand the current product line as well as support the existing business by working with cross functional partners and manufacturing. He or she will also have the opportunity to grow the R&D group and develop management responsibilities in the future. The successful candidate will have at least a B.S degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent (M.S preferred) and 2+ years of food/beverage product development experience. Additionally, experience with working in a manufacturing/production environment is required and an R&D background in beverages, syrups, flavors, concentrates, and/or spirits is a plus.
