Frozen Bakery food products company is seeking a project and people leader to partner in successfully creating and delivering new frozen bakery innovations from ideation to commercialization. The Product Development Manager position offers technical challenge, strategic and people leadership within a fast paced, innovation focused healthy food products company.  Requires a degree in Food Science, or other science, along with minimum 10+ years of experience formulating and commercializing, with some experience in bakery products. Knowledge of dough, gluten-free, plant based product formulation a plus.
