Sr. Research Scientist – Bakery Product Development

The Sr. Research Scientist will lead new development and continuous improvement of bakery products including cookies. This position is with a quick paced, growing company supplying food service, retail and quick serve restaurants. Role requires current or prior experience with shelf stable cookies and/or frozen cookie dough. Candidates should have minimum BS along with 7+ years of experience within a packaged food, supplier or bakery products company in bench formulation/manufacturing scale-up and launch. Base, bonus, benefits and relocation. No sponsorship.
